At the helm of G & G Global Training Services, my focus has been on spearheading compliance management and policy development, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standards of vocational education and training. An accomplished leader with extensive experience in managing medium to large organisations, specialising in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Providing services to various clients for more than a decade has enhanced our reputation as a leading organisation in business development, validating our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
I have successfully supported and provided services to various companies in leading their teams to achieve operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations, ensuring alignment with national standards. My strategic approach has resulted in improved program delivery, increased student engagement, and enhanced organisational reputation.
My expertise lies in the intricate dynamics of managing Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), where I've applied my skills in workshop facilitation and new business development to foster growth and innovation.
